Band concert tonight

At times I think I'm trying to do too much, but playing music is something that I enjoy and I'm glad I'm able to do so. Tonight the Clearfield Community Band had its fall concert. I managed to play better than I probably deserved, since I had not practiced enough. It still felt good to play.

As busy as we may be or feel, I think it is important to do something that you find really refreshing. Music can be one of those things for me. It isn't always, but it is enough to help keep me going. I believe we all need something that enriches our life in some way. There's too much out there that is difficult and beats us up. I would encourage everyone to find something that renews themselves.
