Mack Hawthorne Status

The book reached a little over 8% today. It's not that its going slow when I sit down to write. It's just that I don't write regularly enough. If I can learn one thing from doing this, I'd like it to be learning to develop the discipline to follow a schedule for my writing. That would be a super power.

I suspect this problem is shared by many people. The folks that seem to stand out are the ones who steadily chip away at a body of work and keep moving forward. It's just so easy to sit and veg in front of a video game or the TV. It takes effort to write and creation requires work.
